About John

John Bolesta’s practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, labor and employment litigation, and general business and corporate matters.

Prior to joining Kollman and Saucier, Mr. Bolesta was general counsel to several medical equipment supply and management consulting firms based in Maryland, and was also a litigation associate at Miles & Stockbridge, P.C. in Rockville, Maryland, where he represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters, domestic litigation, government contract bid disputes, and white collar fraud cases. In addition, Mr. Bolesta served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eric M. Johnson of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. John S. Bolesta

Mr. Bolesta graduated Cum Laude from the Widener University School of Law where he served as Copy Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. While attending law school, Mr. Bolesta externed for the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware, and the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.

Mr. Bolesta is married to Stephanie Calvo Bolesta, who is Clinical Research Associate with Pharmanet. Together they have three children under the age of 6 (Luke, Jackson, and Julia), and live in Montgomery County, Maryland.
