Ken C. Gauvey is an associate attorney of the firm.
Mr. Gauvey received his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2006. He received his B.A. in English from Ohio University in 1995. Prior to attending law school Mr. Gauvey spent ten years working in the high-tech and construction supply industries.
Mr. Gauvey has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gauvey worked almost exclusively in the area employment based immigration focusing primarily on National Interest Waivers and EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3's.
Mr. Gauvey is a member of the Maryland Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fourth Circuit. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association and the Washington D.C. chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA").
Mr. Gauvey practices in the area of employment and labor law, employment-based immigration, family-based immigration and removal defense.
