About Kelly

Kelly C. Hoelzer is an associate attorney of the firm. Ms. Hoelzer represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as in administrative proceedings. Ms. Hoelzer is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A. 1988) and the University of Maryland School of Law (1998). Her practice concentrates on employment and Kelly C. Hoelzer general civil litigation, representing corporate clients on a wide range of matters including the defense of discrimination, sexual harassment, ADA and ADEA claims; wage and hour issues; employment contracts; restrictive covenant agreements; general contract claims; employment-related and other business tort claims; and other matters. Ms. Hoelzer also provides ongoing business advice to employers to implement and develop effective employment policies and procedures. She is admitted to practice in Maryland's state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Ms. Hoelzer also speaks at seminars on employment-related matters. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Hoelzer worked as a legislative analyst for one of the nation's largest trade advocacy organizations, responsible for extensive research and analysis on a variety of congressional and administrative issues.
