Frank Kollman will speak at the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute Five Star Management Conference in Las Vegas on “Labor, Employment, and OSHA Law Under the Obama Administration” in February. In March, Frank will address the Steel Erectors Association of America at its annual convention in Tampa, Florida, on “Preparing for OSHA’s New Enforcement and Penalty Programs.”

Eric Paltell and Darrell VanDeusen will both speak at the Spring CLE Workshop of the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) in San Diego in March. Eric will present the “Top Ten Tips for Employment Litigation,” while Darrell will speak on developments under the ADA and lead a discussion group on FMLA developments. Darrell will also speak on the FMLA and ADA at NACUA’s 50th Anniversary national conference in June.

Darrell VanDeusen recently co-authored an article titled “The Maryland Flexible Leave Act: Is It Really That Simple?” which is published in the University of Baltimore Law Forum, 40 U.B. Law Forum 59 (2009).

Randi Klein Hyatt will present a webinar on “Discrimination in Today’s Workplace” to the Restoration Industry Association in February.
