EB-1 : Aliens with extraordinary abilty in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics.
EB-2 : Aliens who are members of the professions holding advanced degrees or aliens of exceptional ability
EB-3 : Skilled workers, professional and other workers
EB-4 : Certain special immigrants
EB-5 : Reserved for aliens investing at least $1,000,000 in the U.S. economy and creating at least 10 full-time jobs in the U.S. job market.
B-1 : Alien visiting temporariy for business
H-1B : An alien coming to the U.S. for temporary employment in a "specialty occupation" defined as an occupation that requires theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge and attainment of a bachelor's or high degree in the specific specialty.
H -1C : Nurses gotng to work for up to three years in health professional shortage areas
H-2A : Temporary agricultural workers
H-2B : Temporary skilled and unskilled workers
L-1A : Executive intracompany transferees
L-1B : Intracompany employees with specialized knowldege
O-1 : Extraordinary ability in sciences, arts, education, business or athletics
P-1 : Individual or team athletes, entertainment groups
P-2 : Artists and entertainers in reciprocal exchange programs
